Region V Conference Dates: March 30 - April 1, 2012

Region V will be “Setting the Stage” for learning, professional growth, and success from March 30- April 1, 2012! Join professionals, graduate students, and undergraduate students as we work toward professional growth through self-discovery and leadership development. Participants will have the opportunity to attend educational sessions that encourage leadership through responsibility, self-reflection, and commitment. Also, participants will have the opportunity to learn from the accomplishments of others in the fields of transition, orientation, and retention, as well as develop meaningful connections with others by attending social and entertainment events. Showcase Session:  Associate Members have the opportunity to submit a proposal to present a Showcase Session at Regional Conferences. Showcase Sessions are time slots dedicated to Associate Members who are interested in showcasing their products or services at regional conferences to NODA members through a conference program session. One Showcase Session will be available at every interest session time slot (may vary by conference). For additional information regarding applying for a Showcase Session, click here. The deadline for Region V is Jan 13, 2012.

Regional Conference Refunds/Cancellation Policy: Please note that all NODA membership fees are nonrefundable once payment has been processed; however, you may request a refund for the conference registration fees based on the following refund timeline. Conference registrants requesting a cancellation that is received in writing to the NODA Association Office on or before 5 p.m., 2 full weeks before the conference, will receive a full refund. Registrants requesting a cancellation in writing on or before 5 p.m, with less than 2 weeks until the conference start date will receive a refund minus $100 late cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds will be made to individuals canceling within 24 hours of the conference start date. Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests that result from canceled flights and/or natural disasters.
